Philadelphia City Hall, one of the city’s most historic and iconic buildings, undertook a make-safe program to preserve its aesthetic.

PULLMAN was contracted to perform critical façade repairs, including pinning of stone, repointing, and masonry patch repairs. Following the successful completion of these tasks, PULLMAN’s exceptional work led to an expanded scope, which included masonry cleaning using micro-abrasion techniques on the limestone.

The historic façade restoration was completed on schedule and under budget, showcasing PULLMAN’s expertise and opening doors to future project opportunities.
