A fire incident severely damaged the multi-level concrete parking facility at Sacramento City Hall, leading to significant deterioration and compromising the post-tensioning system. As a result, part of the facility had to be closed due to safety hazards.

PULLMAN was contracted to repair the extensive damage which included concrete repairs and post-tensioning restoration. The team completed the repairs within a tight timeline while maintaining facility operations, saving the Owner critical revenue.

In total, PULLMAN repaired seven post-tension tendons, restored 300 square feet of concrete, and applied 2,500 square feet of traffic coating to ensure the safety and long-term reliability of this vital parking structure.
