PECD will offer you the opportunity to experience all aspects of our business. A unique feature of the program is the rotations – you will be individually mentored in specific areas including safety, sales, project management, estimating, and engineering.

Upon completion of the program, you will have the skills and hands-on experience that will allow you to pursue a variety of exciting professional development opportunities. Graduates of the PECD Program have advanced into roles including leadership, management, engineering and sales.

As a Project Engineer Intern with a PULLMAN, you will be exposed to critical areas related to construction management based on your interests and goals, while working in one, or several of our locations.

PULLMAN’s Project Engineer Intern Program will offer you the opportunity to experience all aspects of our business. All of our interns are invited to participate in our national team building event, as well as local events at their respective offices and have direct access to company leadership.

Upon completion of your internship, you will have gained a set of skills and hands-on experiences that will allow you to pursue a variety of exciting career opportunities.
