In Santa Cruz, where public parking is vital, addressing the visible deterioration of a four-level parking structure became a top priority. The damage, primarily due to water infiltration and drainage issues, required concrete repairs to maintain safe and reliable public parking.

PULLMAN was contracted to perform extensive repairs, which involved restoring 500 square feet of concrete, repairing 420 square feet of double tees, and performing 380 linear feet of epoxy injection. To address drainage issues, new systems were installed, and 50,000 square feet of urethane traffic coating was applied for enhanced durability and longevity.

To minimize disruption, the team developed a phased repair plan and traffic control strategy, allowing the facility to remain operational while the work was completed safely and efficiently.
