A Sacramento parking facility serving the California Capitol Building required extensive concrete repairs across multiple levels and ramps. Given the importance of the government building, completing the repairs with minimal disruption to facility operations was essential.

PULLMAN was contracted to perform concrete repairs and install a waterproofing system to prevent future damage. During the project, additional repair needs were discovered. To address these, the team collaborated closely with the Owner and on-site personnel to develop a cost-effective solution.

To keep the parking facility operational throughout construction, a well-planned phasing and traffic control strategy was implemented. The project involved applying approximately 50,000 square feet of traffic coating and repairing 10,000 linear feet of cracks, delivering both immediate and long-term improvements to the parking structure.
