Bishop Ranch in San Ramon has a long history of transformation, evolving from an agricultural hub to a business park, and now into a modern downtown area.
As part of this conversion, PULLMAN was contracted to install a waterproofing system on the third floor of a high-traffic parking structure at a retail outlet mall. This upgrade aimed to prevent water damage and enhance the durability of both the parking facility and the retail spaces below.
Given the project’s scale and concurrent upgrades, a phased approach was implemented. In phase one, PULLMAN applied a urethane deck coating. Phase two focused on an elastomeric liquid flooring waterproofing system for the facility’s ramps.
Approximately 140,000 square feet of the parking structure was successfully waterproofed, marking a step forward in the property’s ongoing transformation.
