Project Overview

  • Project was completed on schedule with zero safety concerns

Constructed in 1931, a historic administration building at an industrial facility was experiencing water infiltration and damaged parapet walls. Long overdue for façade repairs, PULLMAN was contracted because of their experience with historical repairs.

The scope included brick and stone repair and replacement, lintel and flashing replacement, and joint sealant removal and replacement. Because the building remained operational during repairs, it was important the team took precautions to avoid disturbances.

PULLMAN successfully performed façade repairs on this 90+ year-old building, upgrading the structure while preserving its historical significance.
